Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive

 

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to provide hassle-free
experience to our patients. She / He will work closely with the Customer Success
Manager and other team members as the first point of contact for prospective as well
as existing customers/Patients.

Primary Responsibilities would include –

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media channels
  • Provide customers with accurate information about SAAOL’s products and services
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, & networking.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level
    support as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify market needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Resolve Patients/customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions in a
    professional & positive manner
  • Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

We are looking for someone who has –

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good command over MS Word , MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
  • High level of empathy while dealing with customers.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
