Business Development Executive
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to provide hassle-free
experience to our patients. She / He will work closely with the Customer Success
Manager and other team members as the first point of contact for prospective as well
as existing customers/Patients.
Primary Responsibilities would include –
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media channels
- Provide customers with accurate information about SAAOL’s products and services
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, & networking.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level
support as needed. - Conduct market research to identify market needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Resolve Patients/customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions in a
professional & positive manner - Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
We are looking for someone who has –
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good command over MS Word , MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
- High level of empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
